ISIS code words to contact Hyd operatives


The Islamic State group, also known as ISIS, is found to have been using code words to communicate with its operatives during its ‘Jihadi Mission’ in India.The Islamic State group uses the word 'Popo' to refer to police and 'Jarasim' to the National Investigation Agency.


GHMC for additional staff to raze buildings


The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) commissioner B.Janardhan Reddy wrote to DTCP requesting for 40 building inspectors and town planning supervisors after CM KCR announced  that illegal structures built on water bodies would be razed while constitution of special demolition squads was also finalised. 


IAF choppers rescue 24 stranded labourers


Wing Commander Sukhinder and his colleagues from Air Force Station, Hakimpet, in Ranga Reddy district flew four helicopter sorties to airlift the labourers from Odisha and Bihar from Tekulagadda near Yedupayala in Papannapet mandal. The rescue operation lasted 40 minutes. It started at 7.40 a.m. and ended at 8.20 a.m. The airlifted labourers were dropped near Vanadurga Bhavani temple, where they were provided temporary shelter.


KCR puts ministers on alert


CM KCR directed ministers and officials in Adilabad, Nizamabad, Karimnagar, Warangal and Khammam districts to remain on high alert and monitor rescue operations in case of flooding.

AP CM Chandra Babu on Vizag railway zone


Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has categorically stated that the new Railway zone for the state will be headquartered in Visakhapatnam.Addressing a public meeting here after inaugurating JNNURM Housing Colony, he said earlier also he had ruled out Amaravati and made it clear that the Railway zone should come only at Visakhapatnam and at no other place.

The Cabinet decision to develop airport at Mangalagiri in an extent of 5,000 acres is a move to attract investors across the globe to take part in the development of new state capital Amaravati. On the same lines, it has decided to develop the runway at Visakhapatnam airport.


People angry with VIP darshan in Kanakadurga temple


People are in a rage against the VIP treatment of Kanakadurga temple management.They alleged that the temple management is giving top most priority to the VIPs for darshan keeping common man in queue for hours.
