No matter how strong a political party or its leader may be there is no doubt that without the support of media no one can go ahead or progress further in politics. With this in mind, some of the noted parties have now come up with media channels which can talk positive about them and negative about their opponents.
What sort of impact this is creating on the public and how much they are believing it is something very commonly understood. If there is one channel chanting the name of YS Jagan then there is another one chanting the name of someone else. Ultimately, the essence of media’s honesty is lost in this.
A lot of allegations have also fallen on TDP quoting that they have a strong support from the media and that’s why a lot of positivity is aired. If that be the truth then without doubt 2014 elections should see a strong victory for TDP. Is it really that true? Are there not enough media channels who are attacking TDP? This is something to be thought of.
