The field of politics is one place where truth has been murdered centuries ago. All that exists is fake and superficial people who are best at manipulating everything and everyone just for their political gains. In all this, the end victims are the voters who ignorantly put the ‘leaders’ to power and give them everything.
Another big joke in politics is ‘Rajakeeya Sanyaasam’. Ideally, this is meant to be a voluntary retirement and over many decades we have heard and read about hundreds of politicians using this like a fashion statement. But till date, there is not a single person who has actually lived upto his/her word and taken up ‘Rajakeeya Sanyaasam’.
Like mentioned before, it is purely a dramatic line used thinking the public will believe them. Maybe they used to at one point of time but today they simply laugh about it. The addiction to power and money mixed with corruption is so strong that politicians will never let go of it and ‘Rajakeeya Sanyaasam’ is just a eyewash.
