It is an open secret that inspite of being an MP in TRS, Vijayashanthi has no love lost for BJP, for which she was the topmost woman leader not just for AP but for a wider region and her days in BJP were considered as one of the golden moments in her political career.
Although she is being seen on and off in the public arena supporting Telangana movement on behalf of TRS it is heard from her close circles that her interests always lie with BJP. She was supposed to have joined Congress when YSR was its helm as a part of his Akarsh campaign.
But with the manner in which KCR himself has tarnished the image of T-movement, sources say that it is only a matter of time before Vijayshanthi may quit TRS and get back into BJP fold. This will definitely be a shot in the arm for BJP because Vijayshanthi was forced to lie low on T-issue before 2004 when she was in BJP, mainly due to alliance with TDP. But there will be no stopping for Ramulamma this time.
