When the Telugu Desam Party was in power it was led by Chandrababu Naidu and he as the chief minister created many revolutionary decisions. While his schemes to woo the corporate worked really well and he brought some major changes, Babu could not do the same in agriculture and public sector departments.
It is heard that during his regime, Babu was very strict with the government employees and made them work very hard. And generally the government employees are very lazy and used to working as per their whims and fancies. Babu’s strictness didn’t go well with them and they ensured he lost power in the elections.
But now Babu seems to have realized that damaged area and has decided to repair it at any cost. As part of his election agenda, it is heard that Babu is coming up with special sops and offers for government employees along with restructuring the work frame of the employees. This is a tempting offer for them.
