CM Kiran may be a confident man these days with the successful results of Congress party in co-op polls and tiding over the challenge of no-confidence motion in AP assembly. But things are definitely not that rosy for Kiran especially after he gave the green signal for a hike in power tariff which many consider as a death knell for the party in AP.
With opposition parties and even Congress leaders across the spectrum like Chiranjeevi, Botsa, C. Ramachandraiah, VH and others expressing their disappointment with the decision and also planning to take this matter to the Congress high command, Kiran will be facing a lot of trouble in the coming days.
Even Chiranjeevi’s purported letter to Ghulam Nabi Azad indicates his anguish against the prospects of the party in 2014 polls rather than genuine concern over the poor. Well, the infighting in Congress is out once again!
