The TDP president Chandrababu Naidu has finally decided to hang up his boots after walking thousands of kilometers as part of his Padayatra ‘Vastunna Mee Kosam’. Reports say his Padayatra will culminate in the city of Vizag in the midst of a very big public meeting. Till there it is okay but here is the issue.
It is heard that in order to show their power and support, the TDP members in that area are coming up with a bike rally wherein 10000 bikes are being used. If they want to show solidarity it can be done by walking along with Babu throughout the path instead of bringing in 10000 bikes.
From an environment point of view, one can calculate the amount of fuel that will get consumed, the environmental pollution that will be caused and the inconvenience to the people of Vizag with traffic jams. Maybe this is a small thing for someone like Babu but he can make a lot of difference if he can call his party workers and supporters to get more eco-friendly and set a good example.
