With TRS renewing its strategy of attracting more leaders in the Telangana region, especially from TDP and Congress, Telugu Desam Party is going hammer and tongs against the party which is focusing more towards pulling its strong leaders in the region.
Sources also confirm that KCR’s main target is TDP as he wants to make sure that during the next elections TDP is left with no leaders to contest elections in a majority of the constituencies. In this regard, TDP has come out with a unique offer to TRS saying that in case TRS publishes an ad in the media saying where it needs leaders to run the party, then the TDP will help TRS to search for leaders.
They commented that if this would help breathe some oxygen in the party which according to TDP, is facing a do-or-die battle this time but only maintaining a strong posture outwards. Even analysts agree with the fact that TRS cannot ignore activists who have been associated with the party for a long time and give tickets to fence jumpers.
