Chiranjeevi, Balakrishna, Venkatesh, Nagarjuna are considered to be the four pillars of Tollywood industry who made everyone proud. While Chiranjeevi bid goodbye to films and fished in political waters launching a political party PRP and then merging it with Cong to become Union Tourism Minister in return, Nagarjuna's closeness with Cong party during YSR regime and now with Jagan is well known. In between Balakrishna made known his political ambitions by announcing to contest in elections in the coming assembly elections.

Now the question arises can Balakrishna ever beat Chiranjeevi? Both the stars already engaged in some powerful clashes on Tollywood silver screen but all those are friendly fights. This time around it is real fight for power and supremacy between Chiru and Balayya. Many feel it may not be possible for Balakrishna to do so as Chiranjeevi already became Union Minister which itself is a record for a telugu actor. Many of them were confined only to Union Minister of State. Though Chiranjeevi aspired to become CM, as he couldn't become he became Union Minister and by moving closely with Cong President Sonia Gandhi, there are chances that one day or the other he can be elevated to CM post.

Coming to Balakrishna he is not contesting for Loksabha, though therewere rumors earlier. This means he will become MLA which is less powerful than MP. Next even then he will be considered just another MLA by TDP supremo Chandra Babu as the moment TDP wins elections, it will be Chandra Babu who will become CM. Chandra Babu may not even induct Balakrishna in the cabinet or make him the Party Chief. He may appease him by elevating his son Lokesh who is Balakrishna's son in law, to important posts.

Balakrishna becoming Union Minister is ruled out as TDP ruled out giving support to BJP and cannot give to Cong at center. Thirdfront coming to power is mirage. Even  if Babu gives outside support there wont be any weight in it.

Anything is possible in politics and it is anyone's guess as to who will win Mega-Simha political war.
