There is one unanimous message that the Kannada voter has conveyed through this by election and that is they want stability in the state. The Kannada voter has once voted for coalition government and also gave BJP a chance but due to reckless infighting and exit of Yedyurappa BJP proved to be a no show for the people.

And coupled with countless corruption allegations and scams, the party has now been shown the exit.  Sources say that especially in Karnataka, voters this time were talking about how Congress was not that corrupt ‘compared to BJP’.

They gave clear majority to Congress hoping that stability will take their state on the path of development. Now it is upto Congress how it can capitalize on this opportunity which has been handed over at a time when the party is facing a tough time in the Centre.
