Eversince Jagan was sent to jail leaders from both the parties went on record that had Jagan came with some sort of understanding with Cong High Command and Sonia Gandhi, then he wouldn't have been in jail.
Top Ministers from Cong Govt from Center like Ghulam Nabi Azad, Veerappa Moily, Vayalar Ravi stated that had Jagan been in Cong, he would have become Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh one day or the other.
Even Vijayamma, Sharmila and Bharati went on record that Jagan was sent to jail since he did not toe Sonia's line and that was the reason why they unleashed CBI and implicated in false cases.
Jagan many times stated that he will support secular Govt aka Cong as BJP was the only other party which can lead the Govt at center. Even MIM leader Owaisi had discussions in jail with Jagan regarding support to Cong during president elections.
However now all that dark deal seems to be falling apart with Supreme Court taking serious view rapping Cong Govt and PM Manmohan for interfereing in Coal Gate probe and changing the contents of CBI report.
This is infact deathknell to Jagan and Sonia and now one can make Jagan come out of jail. Even if Sonia wishes Supreme Court will not allow it to happen!
