Speaker Nadendla Manohar has been attacked by the main opposition of TDP for being partisan and ' failure ' to conduct the house impartially .
Since they failed to attract attention of arrogant CM Kiran Kumar Reddy, TDP went for Speaker's neck as the assembly failed to work for third day on Telangana and Bayyaram issue .The TRS,TDP and BJP have stalled the house for Telangana and Bayyaram issue.
Chandrababu Naidu asked all his MLAs to write to Speaker charging him of utter failure to control house and also being partisan against Opposition parties , particularly TDP. In the two and half page letter TDP MLAs have charged Speaker of ' murdering democracy and legislative procedures to appease CM Kiran and Delhi high command'.
Now the moot question is why Naidu wants to attack Speaker. ' Because CM Kiran Kumar does not give a damn about what Naidu or TDP MLAs etc say or write they were targeting Speaker ' says an Congress MLA
