The Enforcement Directorate is a dreaded government organization and even the most corrupt of the corrupt usually fear for their future. Former Jharkhand leader, Madhu Koda is the best example of how one cannot see the light of the day if they get trapped by ED.

On and off, the matter of ED is coming into picture in Jagan’s case but sources say that it is in a very preliminary state. The main reason why still Jagan’s case is being handled mainly by CBI is due to the fact that the Congress high command is still leaving some time for compromise so that Jagan can come back to its fold.


 

But analysts say that the time is ticking fast and unless back channel negotiations pick up pace, there is no chance that any compromise can be reached between Jagan and Congress, failing which ED, which has been lying low may come out with its full force and annex Sakshi publications and Jagan’s palatial bungalows in Hyderabad and Bangalore. Once Jagan gets arrested by ED, then no one can help YSRCP.
