Amidst the din and bustle of T agitators and protesting Opposition members the AP assembly today passed the appropriation bill for the year 2013-14 giving the Government full powers to spend as per plan and non-plan budget outlay of 1.37 lakh crore rupees .
For the third year in a row the Appropriation bill was passed without any serious debate or discussion along with 14 other crucial bills as the house adjourned side die.
At the end of 15 days session including holidays, happiest were the legislators who will all get TA and DA as per norms and the house has clocked an expenditure of Rs. 7.5 crore for the session
