Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has been acquitted by the Jodhpur sessions court in the arms act case that was linked to the poaching of black bucks in 1998. The court heard the case on January 9th and the judgement was reserved for January 18th.

 The judgement was out within 10 minutes of the Dabang stars entry into the court. Court said that as there was no evidence or witness as Salman was carrying unlicensed guns. It further rejected the prosecutions evidence.

A case was booked by the forest authorities in 1998 that Salman has killed the black bucks and chinkaara’s in on October 1-2nd way back in 1998. Salman was booked under the arms act section 3/25 and 3/27. Earlier Salman Khan was acquitted by the Rajasthan high court in the related case where the Rajasthan government moved to the Supreme court challenging the High Court’s judgement.

A high drama showcased at the court hall earlier. Salman had arrived along with his sister Alvira to Jodhpur yesterday. He made his way to the court from the hotel he stayed in. But Salman did not come to the court where the court expressed anger and gave him 30 minutes an additional time to attend. Salman came to the court in the additional time amid the huge cheering of fans. A large crowd gathered at the court to see their favorite star. After coming out of the court Salman waved his hands to fans and also gave autographs.
