Mudragada Padmanabham, former minister who is fighting for Kapu reservations is getting ready to go on Kapu Satyagraha yatra starting from Jan 25. He is planning to go on six day padayatra but already doubts are cast on his yatra.
Mudragada supporters are angrily questioning why can't police give permission to his padayatra when they have defied Supreme Court ruling to allow cock fights across the state. They are angrily questioning 'When cock Fights were allowed despite Supreme Court order, why not permission be granted for Mudragada's Padayatra?,'
However AP Home Minister Nimmakayala Chinarajappa announced that Mudragada's padayatara will not be allowed. East Godavari district SP Raviprakash said Mudragada should take permission for his yatra according to the Supreme Courr guide lines.
Mudragada supporters accused Chandra Babu's government of trying to stall the padayatra and questioned did TDP leaders get permission to display placards against Jagan sometime back.
