A  pen drive is  listed as a evidence in the Jagan case  for allegedly receiving Rs.130 crore  as quid pro quo payment, rather than  investment in his companies  from Dalmia group.

The CBI which hoisted disproportionate assets case on Kadapa MP YS Jaganmohan Reddy amidst high voltage publicity now is struggling to prove their charges.

The CBI has a pen drive  in form of documentation which allegedly has details of payments made to Jagan under pseudonyms like ‘ JR a/c, Sh. JR, J. Reddy acct and J.R. A/C;. The pen drive was seized during a raid on the house of a treasurer in Dalmia group of companies.

The CBI  has now  charged  him of  receiving  Rs. 139 crore  as  payment from Dalmia  group of companies  for services  rendered to them by his father  YSR office term as chief minister .YSR  is said to have not only given  lime stone mining leases and also  river water directly to their plant in Kadapa district .

Ironically the pen drive  of Dalmia account shows that the cement company had paid  an capital gains tax of Rs.6.87 crore to the IT department for the transaction made to Jagan.
