Special Status demand for AP is blowing hot and cold for quite sometime. Even the much planned protest at RK Beach, Visakhapatnam on Republic Day turned out to be a damp squib as there was no political support. While Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan chose to support the movement only on social media and YSRCP president Jagan Mohan Reddy was arrested even before he landed in Vizag, the movement remained directionless.
However people of Telangana, who created sensation with their resilience and powerful movement for separate state for 60 long years, decided to support the neighbouring states. Telangana hero Sampoornesh Babu was the first person to support special status for AP and he even went to Andhra Pradesh only to be arrested.
CM KCR's daughter,Nizamabad MP Kavitha supported the special status fight and now people of Telangana started supporting the movement. Karimnagar which played key role in Telangana movement, came in support of AP special status.
At Telangana chowk, people burnt the effigies of AP CM Chandra Babu demanding special status. Now many feel since other states are supporting special status for AP,people of AP should intensify their struggle. There is no stopping since people of Telangana themselves are supporting AP fight.
