Everyone knows that Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi was brutally assassinated by Nathuram Godse on January 30, 1948. However till now verified form of Godse's statement in court was not available in public domain.

This resulted in political accusations and counter accusations between the so called secularist parties Congress,Left and others and the right wing forces BJP,RSS,VHP and Bajrang Dal. Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi too is fighting legal battle for his statement that RSS killed Mahatma Gandhi as he was dragged to court by RSS which claimed that Godse was not a RSS member during Gandhi's assassination.
