Sasikala started her 4 year sentence in jail as prisoner no:9435.She has been planned to be a part of candle making unit.But the jail superintendent clarified that she will not be making them as she doesn't know head or tail about it.Generally according to the jail rules these duties will be assigned according to the prisoners capability and interests.
Since prisoner Sasikala was not used to these hardworking stuff the jail heads do not have any idea about her assignment of work. As of now she is made to stand at the entrance and welcome her new co-mates(prisoners).She does the job of a HR as of now. She is now put in charge of Onboarding and induction of all new prisoners, similar to that of a HR of an IT field.The jail superintendent assures her she has got a second job in hand as in IT HR after her jail sentence.
Before entering the jail after her "Palm thrusting" drama in front of Jayalalitha's memorial she put forward a list of demands.But all her dreams turned negative.All her demands like, tv, 24hrs running hot water and co-convict Elavarasi convinced her to have food because of her weak health, she took rice with sambar and butter milk," a jail source told IANS the uncomfortable condition in jail.
Pughalendi reported that she wakes up early in the morning to do her yoga and goes for a walk.She ate the frugal food lemon rice, sambar rice for breakfast and dinner respectively.She also takes time to read a few tamil newspapers.Somehow Sasikala is getting used to all the jail habits to spend her 4 year sentence in Bengaluru jail.
