A bad fortune to Telugu Desam Party supremo and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, the old but  non-forgotten cash-for-vote scandal has got a fresh return. The Supreme Court Of India issued a notice to the current Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh regarding vote scam case. YCP Rama Krishna.MLA challenged the High court's verdict in Supreme Court.

The top court investigated the case on the petitioners view that bribing lawmakers to vote is for sure to come under the corruption act.The beginning started off two years back when TTDP MLA Revanth Reddy and few others were caught red-handed.They were bribing an amount of Rs 50 lakh MLA Elvis, who was nominated.Stephenson being loyal to bribe of the Rs 5 crore deal promised in return for his support the party candidate in MLC polls.

Stephenson represents the Anglo-Indian community in the Telangana Assembly.He lodged a complaint with the police stating that one from Mithiyas Jerusalam had approached him and bribed him Rs 2 crore along with a ticket to leave the country else he has to vote in favor of the TDP in the MLC elections.

Chandrababu Naidu approached the High Court where the court declared there is no need for an investigation on Chandra Babu. Not abiding by this the YCP MLA Ramakrishna approached Supreme Court. MLA RK said that the voice is that of Mr. Naidu and even the reports has confirmed it. Therefore it is now Chandra babu who actually asked to file a counter petition by the apex court.
