US President Donald Trump despite vehement opposition and protests against the new immigration laws and H1 B visas, now sought 60 days response work permits of H1 B spouses. Trump administration decision will now ease H1 B spouses from jobs. It has now come tonight that the new administration's department of justice (DOJ) hasfiled a brief in the Washington DC court of appeals seeking a 60dayfreeze in a case involving employment authorization for H-4visa-holders, who are primarily dependent spouses of H-1Bvisa-holders.

When Obama administration in Feb 2015 issued a rule through the department of homeland security allowing eligible spouses to beemployed while the H-1B visa-holder awaits the receipt of his/her lawful permanent residency card (green card),many Indian spouses went to court and got ruling in faour of them.

Right after that Save Jobs USA filed law suit but district court ruled it out and upheld the Obama administration's rule.  Anam Kumar,CoFounder and President of Immigration Voice, says "There is nothing for the DoJ attorneys to confer with their leadership about given the district court's clear decision stating that this case had no basis for ever being filed."

Jeff Sessions, Attorney General when he was US senator had called theH-4 rule a "change [in] immigration law in a way that hurts Americanworkers".
