Telangana CM KCR for long has been boasting that his government is people friendly government and will respond with in no time to solvetheir problems in a steadfast manner. However in a shocker it is coming out that Telangana government, CMO is conveniently ignoring themails of the citizens.
Inside talk is no one is bothering to check the emails and letterssent by the people to the citizens. Telangana CMO has no facility that enable’s people to file online representations and track the status of their petitions using Aadhaar numbers unlike AP CMO and PM's office.
Not only CMO office even government officials are ignoring the grievances of the people.Staff normally check the maild ids and informKCR about important communication from the centre. However theyconveniently are ignoring the mails of the people.
CMO official says “Normally, a separate employee should be appointedto check emails sent to the CM or CMO. There is no such employee atpresent. Higher officials in the CMO check only important mails sentby officials from the Centre and state governments. Hundreds of mailsare received every week from common people and it is not possible togo through all of them,"
