Exit Polls and Andhra Octopus has loving affinity as Lagadapati Rajagopal, is known to hit the bulls eye with his predictions in all the elections till now. Lagadapati not only came with his predictions on the recently held assembly elections to five states but also analysed each and every state.
Lagadapati mainly concentrated on two largest states Uttar Pradesh and Punjab. Speaking to scribes Lagadapati said the ruling Samajwadi Party under the leadership of CM Akhilesh Yadav,though contested 225 eats alone, it will lse in 120 seats.
He said people of Uttar Pradesh got influenced by PM Modi's promises and they worked out quite well. Coming to Punjab he said former cricketer Siddhu quitting BJP and joining Congres,helped the party. He said Congress will win in Punjab.
Lagadapati's team conducted surveys in Uttar Pradesh and Andhra Praesh. He said there are many reasons for BJP's victory despite Congress and SP joining hands. He said though Akhilesh Yadav is non controversial, his party MLAs are facing lot of opposition from the people. He said many SP candidates have criminal cases. He said though opposition increased against his party candidates,he didnot bother.
He said PM Modi's unique campaigning will help BJP win UP. He said MOdi's speeches worked in uniting Hindus. He said his comments on discrimination by Akhilesh during Ramzaan and Diwali influenced voters. He said Congress will get 30-35 seats.
Lagadapati said in Punjab,Congress will win the crown. He said Congress will win Punjab with AAP coming second. He said Congress will win 70 seats while BJP will not get not even 5 seats.
