Is ISI out to eliminate PM Modi? seems so according to the intelligence reports coming from various quarters. A letter was found in which Mohammed Mirza, claiming to be an ISI commandant vowed to eliminate Pm Modi and Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh.
The driver of the Andaman Express, going from Chennai to Jammu spotted a boulder on the train tracks near Agra at around 7.30 PM on March 17. The driver applied emergency brakes but the engine's cattle guard was damaged.

Intelligence agencies are now reviewing the the entire security of PM Modi along with Rajnath Singh. According to officials earlier similar threat was sent by the same name through a letter at Cantt station in Agra last year.
Mirza claimed that as an ISI commandant he was behind many bomb blasts and terror attacks in the country. Pakistan based terror outfits made sevaral attempts to eliminate PM Modi.
Alleged ISIS terrorist Saifullah, who was gunned down this month by Uttar Pradesh ATS in Lucknow, was behind a blast that took place just 200 metres away from the PM's rally in the state capital on October 11, 2016.
