Rumors are spreading that the bungalow of Arunachal Pradesh CM has been haunted by evil spirits. Fearing these evil spirits authorities now decided to convert it into a guest house. 
Many in the state government believe that the bungalow was possessed by evil spirits. Priests from various religions were invited and they purified the building last week. 


The bungalow was located in a spacious manner on the picturesque hilltop in Itanagar and was built at a cost of Rs 60crs during the tenure of former CM later Dorjee Khand in 2009. State witnessed 7 different CMs from then on.

Among them while Khandu died in a chopper crash, Jarbom died of prolonged illness. Next CM, Congress’ Nabam Tuki won with thumping majority though his party was losing elections across the country. 


Sources say Tuki consulted a vaasthu specialist as he believed that there was a structural error. But even before he could rectify,he was dislodged and Kalkho Pul became the new CM. Tuki however approached the Supreme Court,where he got the ruling in his favour.

But with in days of supreme Curt order, on Aug 9th, 2016, Pul's was found hanging from a ceiling fan in the bungalow. Two months later one of the staff was also found hanging from the ceiling fan of an adjoining room. 


Though Tuki was reinstated by the SC, he was replaced by current CM Pema Khandu. Khandu never moved to the bungalow and the bungalow was turned a guest house after several priests, monks, and church members offered prayers and ‘blessed’ each room of the building.
