Telangana CM KCR now a days is going aggressive and is keen to pass the muslim quota bill at any cost. KCR who came to power promising 12% reservations to muslims,remained silent for three years.
Suddenly he woke up and now is showing undue hurry to complete the formalities and pass the bill in the assembly. KCR after examining the states where reservations crossed more than 50% decided to proceed ahead.
In his interactions with scribes,he said there is no question of going back on muslim reservations and if Centre tries to stop the bill, then there will be full length war.
His comments surprised many as KCR can solve the issue easily at the state level. KCR can get the bill passed and then the signature of Governor Narasimhan is enough and government can fight it out if anyone goes to court against the bill. Buz inside talk is Governor Narasimhan gave shock to KCR refusing to sign the bill.
KCR who met Governor numerous times on reservations, got shocked and buzz is Governor who got entire information on earlier supreme court rulings and reservations limitations,refused to give green signal. He told KCR that he cannot do anything and even if his government send the bill to him,he will forward it to the Centre.
When KCR remarked why is he refusing though he is informing about all his decisions, he told KCR that there are constitutional problems. This forced KCR to say that he will go to any extent on muslim reservations bill.
