Sources from Kochi have stated that Police are getting ready to conduct a polygraph test on Pulsar Suni’s lawyer in the actress molestation case. Police are trying to trace the mobile phone which was used to capture the sleaze visuals of the actress. The phone is the main evidence in the case.
Pulsar Suni’s lawyer said that after committing the crime, the accused Pulsar Suni, handed over a mobile phone, passport and other documents to him. Added to that, the accused sought bail from the HC through the lawyer.
Though the police conducted raids in Pulsar Suni’s
advocate’s place, they were unable to trace the mobile phone. Moreover, the lawyer
did not co-operate with the interrogation held by the probe officials. In the
wake of this, the police are trying for a polygraph test on him to get the
truth. However, other advocates are scuttling the move by the police.
Though police are trying their maximum to locate the mobile phone, the changing statements given by Pulsar Suni have put them in dilemma. Pulsar Suni had earlier said he had discarded the phone in a canal but police could not locate it there. The police are trying to get the real picture from the lawyer through the lie detection test.
