Speculation is increasing on whether PM Modi gave huge shock to his guru Lal Krishna Advani. It is known that Lal Krishna Advani recognised the talent,leadership qualities of Modi and brought him to the centre stage.
While in general people show gratitude to their mentors, Modi stunned all by sidelining Advani from all posts citing his old age. Recently rumours spread that Modi is keen to honor his mentor Advani by making him the President of India.
But huge shock awaited Advani when CBI appealed against the High Court ruling and appealed in Supreme Court seeking revival of Babri Masjid demolition cases on Advani and others.
This came as shock to many and people wondered how could CBI to it. Now RJD chief Laloo Prasad Yadav speaking to scribes accused PM Modi of conspiring against Advani to remove his name in cold blood from the list of Presidential post nominees.
He said "Advani supported Modi during the Gujarat riots. (The then Prime Minister Atal Bihari) Vajpayee asked Modi to follow the Raj Dharma, but Advani saved Modi," Laloo added "The CBI is in the hands of the Prime Minister, and the CBI today said in court that the case of conspiracy should take place against Advani in the Babri case. Advani was tipped to become President this time.The PM has clipped Advani's chances of becoming the President. Anyone can understand that it is a political conspiracy of the Modi government to eliminate Advani from the race,"
