Municipal Polls in national capital Delhi attracted the attention of the entire nation. With Delhi CM,AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal's blistering attacks on PM Modi accusing Union government of not allowing him to work for the development of the state and BJP trying to endear themselves to the voters of Delhi before the 2019 general elections, Municipal Polls in Delhi witnessed accusations and counter-accusations fly between various political parties.
Voting for Delhi corporation polls completed yesterday and the 54% turnout left psephologists to come with their predictions. According to the exit polls, Delhi people are all set to give a huge shock to CM Arvind Kejriwal and his AAP. BJP which has been ruling the MCD for the last 10 years is expected to sweep the elections winning 202-220 seats in the 270 wards.
In the meantime AAP which was hoping to stun all like in Delhi assembly elections is expected to win 23-25 seats. Congress is expected to get anywhere between 19-31.BJP is expected to get 43% vote share while AAP and Congress are expected to get 24% and 23% vote share respectively.
