Soon after Digvijay Singh tweets on Twitter, state minister for IT KTR replied in a wink and he boiled at the Congress man's irresponsible and offensive accusations. Responding the senior leader's tweet, KTR replied, - 'Most irresponsible & reprehensible thing coming from a former CM.
