People across the world cannot forget the gruesome and brutal rape and murder of 23year old Jyothi Singh in a moving bus in 2012 in Delhi. The brutal and the most heinous crime moved entire civic society who cameout in huge numbers and demanded instant justice for Nirbhaya by punishing the criminals.
Nirbhaya after fighting for many days in hospital in severe pain, breathed her last. Finally after five years, Supreme Court of India confirmed death sentence to the convicts of Nirbhaya gang rape. However many feel this is not enough and they should be inflicted the severe pain they inflicted on Nirbhaya.
Many are wondering who will fulill Nirbhaya's sensational death wish. Sub Divisional Magistrate Usha Chaturvedi who recorded Nirbhaya's last declaration said Nirbhaya wished "the rapists should not just be hanged but (also) set on fire,"
It is known that even the Supreme Court while confirming the death sentence to the rapists, considered it as the rarest of the rare cases and pointed out to Nirbhaya's final death wish.
