India has been facing many terrorist attacks in the country which resulted in the death of lakhs of innocent people. Pakistan after two successive defeats in direct war with India and after losing Bangladesh, decided to bleed India through thousand cuts waging a proxy war.
Failures of successive governments in Kashmir and at the centre helped Pakistan continue its policy. Even after so many terror attacks, Indian government didnot show the will to take Pakistan headon due to love for Pakistan and vote back politics by the politicians.
This resulted in Parliament attack, 26/11 Mumbai attack and many attacks on security forces, attack on Kashmir assembly. Whenever those attacks happen, Indian establishment term them as cowardly acts and they will take revenge but till now they didnot. Kashmir politicians too when attacks happen on them,they cry in the assembly seeking action against Pakistan as was done by the then CM Farooq Abdullah and if not they will unabashedly support Pakistan.
Right after terrorist strike in Uri, people of India celebrated when news came that Indian army conducted surgical strikes in POK destroying terror camps. But during that time all opposition parties and leaders like Rahul Gandhi, Arvind Kejriwal and others demanded proof of surgical strikes from PM Modi.
During that time huge public outrage came against them. But now Pakistan's terror attacks continuing without any break, many are getting doubts whether Indian army really conducted surgical strikes. Because any country will think twice to carry out attacks after surgical strikes.
