Chennai sources have stated that the people of Chennai will be experiencing for the very first time Mining Metro train service for around 7.4 kilometers. The service was stared yesterday from Thirumangalam to Nehru Park.



The Mining Metro service was inaugurated by Tamilnadu Chief Minister Edappadi Palaniswami and Central Minister Venkaiah Naidu. Around seven Railway stations will be covered under the services, which include Thirumangalam, Anna Nagar Tower, Anna Nagar East, Shenoy Nagar, Pachayappa College, Keelpaakkam and Nehru Park.

Sources have stated that for around three months there will be no mobile network services as currently work is going on. The fair for traveling from Thirumangalam to Nehru Park will cost Rs. 40 per head, which is found to be bit costly. Currently in India we have Metro Rail Services at eight major cities.



Chennai people are excited about the new Mining Metro service as they are experiencing it for the very first time. They are also excited as there will be no traffic congestion. For around every 250 meters safety exit is also built and eight giant size fans are also installed in the Mining station.
