Andhra Pradesh sources have made a statement that senior IPS Officer VV Laxminarayana, who probed YSR Congress party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's disproportionate assets cases during 2012 and 2014 in erstwhile Andhra Pradesh, is seriously planning to come back to Hyderabad.

The Maharastra cadre police officer has been sent to Andhra Pradesh as CBI Joint Director to probe the Jagan assets case. He was instrumental in sending Jagan to jail with all documentary evidences. After the completion of investigation, Laxminarayana left to his home state.  Sources said that the senior police official is planning to shift to Hyderabad on deputation again.
