Andhra Pradesh sources have stated that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has ended his one week long tour of the US and returned to India on Friday. He has reportedly won numerous praises for his able administration and also brought in hefty investments to the truncated state.
It was stated that during the tour, Naidu has toured 15 cities, met as many as 90 CEOs of potential companies at the Silicon Valley and held 30 meetings. The result of this marathon effort is creation of about 12,500 jobs in Andhra Pradesh.
The
state government has successfully signed MOUs with 3 institutions I-Bridge Inc
(Incubation and Co-working spaces), Innova Solutions (will provide up to 10,000
jobs) and EVX Solutions (2,000 jobs).
Chandrababu also met Telugu NRIs in a series of meetings in the American cities and requested them to invest in the newly formed Telugu speaking state. The response to Naidu's efforts from the NRIs as well as the US companies was said to be pretty positive.
