TDP’s publicity gimmick had misfiled in rescue operations of Uttarakhand floods. Both TDP MPs and its president had hogged limelight in Dehdradun but now are totally indifferent to the missing people. TDP call centre at NTR trust now tells any callers to call the govrnment for all help.
TDP which launched a web page for giving information on the missing persons is totally blank. All it has is the list of about 450 odd people it brought with high voltage publicity. The TDP webpage on Utytarakhand flood relief does not have any updates now. They made a big show of running parallel relief operations to get national attention .
As many as 81 pilgrims out of a total of 2785 pilgrims from Andhra Pradesh are still missing in flood-hit Uttarakhand and the Andhra Pradesh government has uploaded the details of the missing people on its website with photos of the missing, their addresses and contact numbers of their relatives. Thirteen were declared dead so far. Government has also asked NTR trust and TDP to not bluff to people but to ensure that genuine people will get all support
The missing people belong to 10 districts and went missing in Kedarnath and Gaurikund after the flood ravages. 33 of them are from Ranga Reddy district, 14 from Krishna, eight from H yderabad, five each from Chittoor and Visakhapatnam, four each from Guntur and YSR Kadapa, three each from Anantapur and West Godavari and two from Nizamabad district.
