1.  Man tied to jeep was instigating mob: Major Gogoi :  Major Leetul Gogoi, who trussed up a civilian, Farooq Ahmad Dar, on his jeep's bonnet as a shield to prevent mobs from attacking Election Commission staff in J&K's Budgam last month, told TV channels on Tuesday that he had caught Dar on realising he was instigating a group of stone-pelters and could have been their leader.
2.  Award to Gogoi is murder of justice: Man used as shield :  Used as a human shield against stone-pelting mobs in Budgam district in Kashmir, Farooq Ahmad Dar, speaking to TOI on Tuesday, described the Army's award to the officer who tied him to a jeep's fender as "murder of justice".
