The actor himself personally has sent a press note alleging that his account has been hacked which is why he couldn’t access it anymore.Everybody suspected the hacker who hacked the account the popular South Indian celebrity and leaked all the nonsense stuff which truly went viral.

So Pawan Kalyan couldn’t change or retrieve the password which is why he couldn’t access it or update it anymore.
