This may be the latest interesting piece of news and finally some different kind of news pertaining to Telangana issue. It is being said already that even if Congress decides to give Telangana, AP assembly may not pass it while even in Parliament it will be a tight rope walk for Congress unless BJP agrees for it and gets ready for political suicide in this region wherein Congress may walk away with the credit.

 

However the news coming in is that now Seemandhra politicians have started lobbying not just with their leadership but also people from other political parties and this regard they have reportedly knocked the doors of Jayalalithaa’s AIADMK and Karunanidhi’s DMK in New Delhi.


 

They are reportedly telling them that in case their MP’s vote for Telangana, then they also have to suffer from water problem just like Seemandhra in future. Well the link is that, of the water released from Srisailam dam, close to 15 TMC’s of water is diverted to Chennai for drinking water purpose through Pothireddypaadu and Telugu Ganga canal. So they are reportedly threatening Tamil MP’s that Chennai will lose its water lifeline if Telangana is given.
