This has created huge noise among everyone. The incident happened when Central minister Arjun Ram visited his constituency in Rajasthan. The whole village watched this in a weird manner. The minister who had no choice other than climbing the tree.
The village people questioned the minister, how to do Digital transactions when even cell phone signal is not available in most parts. The minister who was clueless smiled and waved at them and departed immediately. The news broke viral on the Social media at once.
