The thought of exorcists sends fears down the spines of everyone. However in a shocker two BJP Gujarat ministers attended an event organised by more than 100 exorcists.
Education and Revenue Minister Bhupendrasinh Chudasama and Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Atmaram Parmar attended an event organised in Botad district's Gadhada village.
One minister Chudasama defended his presence saying it was just a gathering of worshipers of the divine. In the event, two exorcists beat themselves with metal chains while Gujarati music was played.
Both the ministers were sitting on the dais has seen enjoying the acts triggering huge controversy. The event was organised by BJP local unit.
Chudasama supported his act saying , "I attended the programme because it was a gathering of worshippers of divine power, not those who spread superstition."
