YSRCP chief,leader of the opposition in AP assembly Jagan Mohan Reddy is known for his aggressive ways. Most of the time he forgets that he is the leader of the opposition and behaves as if he is the CM.
On many occasions, he warns and menacingly warns government officials that they will face serious action once he becomes Chief Minister in the coming 2019 elections.
He forgets that he has been fighting corruption cases and is out on bail. This always lands him in fresh problems. Now he got a huge shock from High Court.
Sometime back Jagan stopped Krishna district Collector after the JC travels bus accident near Nandigama. He warned the officials for packing off the bodies without conducting the postmortem.
Officials during that time lodged a complaint against Jagan accusing him of obstructing government employees from discharging their duties. Jagan approached High Court seeking to quash complaint against him.
However High Court after hearing both sides ruled that charges and case against him will stay giving huge shock to Jagan.
