The Trump administration has now modified the travel ban and new refreshed protocol for visa applicants who apply from six Muslim—majority nations and refugees. Only applicant with “close” family circle or business links to the United States are eligible .Visas that have already been approved and issued will not be modified or cancelled , but the new refrshed instructions issued by the state department say that new applicants from Muslim nations like Syria, Sudan, Somalia, Libya, Iran and Yemen must prove their relationship with the US resident like parent, spouse, child, adult son or daughter, son—in-law, daughter-in-law or blood related sibling who already reside in the United States to satisfy eligiblity criteria.
Grandparents, grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces are not included inthe list and they fail the eligiblity criteria.The new rules take effect on Thursday which was announced by the associated Press.
