KCR reached the peaks of anger of the Television visuals projecting Mahabubabad MLA Shankar Naik ugly act of pulling the shoulder of the district collector Preeti Meena at the recent Haritha Haram event, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao vented his rage against him for his ugly behavior.

When this was brought to KCR notice of the MLA Naik's improper behavior which came to limelight, state govt employees belonging to various departments staged a protest against this by wearing black ribbons around and demanded a quick action from Chief Minister.
Unhappy with bad conduct of Shankar Naik, KCR has immediately ordered him to tender a quick apology for his awkward actions.Immediately after honorable KCR's instruction, Shankar Naik reached Preeti Meena's office personally made unconditional apology for his awkward misbehavior. He also spoke to media and said that he has got no dirty or bad intentions behind pulling her. 'I am also an educated with a good family,' he added.
