TDP(TS) Working President, Revanth Reddy seems to be thinking along the lines of an alliance with Congress in Telangana for the next elections. But Chandrababu Naidu, the party supremo is skeptical about that given the repercussions on AP.
"Any alliance or adjustments will be decided by our party president Chandrababu Naidu," Revanth Reddy said but at the same time added that it was common for the Opposition to work together on some issues. This is not easy affair since TDP was formed primarily as an anti-Congress party.
If at all Congress, TDP (TS) and BJP contests independently, the anti-incumbency may split between the Opposition parties and it will emerge as an advantage to the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samiti in the upcoming General Elections in 2019.
