Accordingly Mudragada Padmanabham, Kapu leader who fought to attain reservation for the community, has spoke about the bill that was passed in state assembly this morning and he sounded not-so-happy about the move.
Meanwhile despite expressing his contentment for passing the reservation bill, the former TDP leader took a dig at N Chandrababu Naidu for taking it into consideration in the fourth year of their rule, after coming to power in 2014. He also took a swipe at AP CM for attacking and posing threat for Kapu leaders while agitating for BC status in last few months.
Mudragadda thanked all the sympathizers, supporters and agitators in this
movement and expressed dissent at pulse survey figures that said Kapus are only
50 lakhs in population- 'although we were offered meals by CM, we are only
catered with tiffin. It's so bad that data shows only 50 lakhs of Kapu
population while Kapu community are more than 1 Crore in state. Moreover he
lashed out at TDP leaders for making false allegations against his movement.
