Though many had opined that Tamilnadu had lost a political leader after Jayalalitha's death and that actors like Rajnikanth and Kamal Hassan must come to active politics, now TTV Dhinakaran has proved that he can be a powerful leader with his victory in RK Nagar by-elections.
People had especially wanted a change because, as opposed to the principles of Late Jayalalitha, the current ruling team had always supported the ruling central government by BJP and had not opposed Udhay electricity scheme, and stayed silent on NEET as well. While Kamal Hassan had told that he'll start visiting people all over Tamilnadu from 2018, Rajnikanth is rumored to announce his political plans on either January 1 or December 31 to satisfy his fans.
On the other hand, the already well-established captain Vijayakanth couldn't shine in politics and with his health condition Also going against him, he couldn't do anything. Meanwhile, TTV Dhinakaran has shown his power with his humongous success in RK Nagar by-elections, and it is expected that very soon TTV Dhinakaran will form a new team and a party to chase the existing government.
