Though Rajinikanth has
announced his political arrival, he's seen lesser powerful than captain
Vijayakanth, who rocked as a fresh face to politics. Many will opine that his
way of politics is much stronger than Karunanidhi's politics against MGR, as
Vijayakanth had to fight two Biggies Karunanidhi and Jayalalitha.
In comparison, Rajinikanth looks a weak contestant in
political arena, as Vijayakanth was having a whole new level of mass. He had
faced a severe health trouble once he entered politics, and then he fought
valiantly against likes of Karunanidhi, and handled Jayalalitha with extreme
ease, shocking veterans like Duraimurugan and Stalin with his boldness.
Despite numerous failures, Vijayakanth had his own loyal
following, but failed big time thanks to his constant drifting between ADMK and
BJP. Though people are comparing Rajinikanth with MGR, it is unfair to compare
him even with Vijayakanth, as Rajinikanth is keen on .playing safe, and would
have achieved greater glory if he entered politics when Jayalalitha was alive
and Karunanidhi was in healthy form.
