According to sources Telangana government had directed the managements of all private schools in the state to maintain the status quo and also not to increase their fees for the fiscal year 2019-19 and the move brings much needed relief to the parents who have been demanding regulation of the fees in Hyderabad and Telangana.



Sources have reported that the state had taken the decision after a report which was submitted by Tirupati Rao Committee and also added that the order was applicable to schools following CBSE and ICSE. It was also stated that necessary action will be taken against schools which do not follow the order.

As per the order it was stated that ‘As the admissions as per the schedule was started on January 2, 2018 and it will be completed by January 12, 2018 and the fee structure is also an important aspect and the same fee structure for the year 2017-18 will be continued for the academic year 2018-19 until further orders of the government’.
